We commend you for your service to our Pacific entities of Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan, Tinian, Rota), Federated States of Micronesia (Pohnpei, Chuuk, Kosrae, Yap), Republic of the Marshall Islands, Republic of Palau, Hawaii, and American Samoa. You were instrumental in bringing together our island entities to promote culture, language, and quality education. We are comforted knowing that you are in a grander place, up in heaven.

Dr. Suzanne Bells

The PIBBA familia extends its deepest sympathies and condolences to the family of Dr. Suzanne Bells, PIBBA Guam member and Assistant Professor of Special Education at the University of Guam's School of Education.  Dr. Bells will always be remembered. God Bless her and her family. May she rest in peace.
