WE REMEMBER...

In memory of our beloved past PIBBA Presidents, Officers and members, we especially dedicate this web site to you. We commend you for your service to our Pacific entities of Guam, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (Saipan, Tinian, Rota), Federated States of Micronesia (Pohnpei, Chuuk, Kosrae, Yap), Republic of the Marshall Islands, Republic of Palau, Hawaii, and American Samoa. You were instrumental in bringing together our island entities to promote culture, language, and quality education. We are comforted knowing that you are in a grander place, up in heaven.

You will always remain in our hearts...

Carmen Weaver

Carmen "Auntie Mami" Weaver
The PIBBA family extends its deepest condolences and sympathies to the Weaver family, as long-time PIBBA Guam/International member and former PIBBA Pioneer of the Year and Indigenous Teacher of the Year, Carmen Weaver, fondly known as "Auntie Mami" was called to eternal rest on August 19, 2014.  May God embrace her soul and comfort her family.  May the dearly departed rest in peace.
